A warm welcome on arrival by the lady who checked me and my daughter in on arrival and out of room 511. Room was lovely and spacious, had everything we needed and pleasantly decorated. Shower was amazing, nice views from the window, and good security, bed was very comfy, and the location was perfect and within walking distance to all attractions, shops and restaurant. The breakfast had a very good choice of foods to suit everyone, nothing was missing, choice was perfect, Car Parking was perfect too, very secure. Thank you for our brilliant overnight stay in Room 511

Staff are very Helpful.Check In was so easy and prompt.We arrived a few hours before our check in time and the receptionist was able too accommodate an Early check in for us.Rooms are spotless.And the hotel has a feel safe and secure vibe.Great if you have kids with you.Breakfast was buffet style and something for everyone.The waffle maker was a big treat for kids.Also the liverpool 1 bus station is literally 5 mins from hotel.The bus runs from liverpool airport and Returns from same station.No need for Taxi from Airport.overall we enjoyed our stay and we would return.

the reception staff were amazing, really welcoming and problem-solvers (there was a fire alarm in one of the neighbouring buildings, and the receptionist found another room on the other side of the hotel so I don't hear the alarm from outside, and it really meant a lot...). the location, and the price are good as well. very clean and quiet place

The view from the room was great. The staff were so friendly polite and very helpful. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. The breakfast was nice, bacon was delicious, I would have liked the choice of a fried egg but plenty food to pick from. We had a lovely time staying in the hotel, also having an iron board and an iron in our room was a great surprise ! We were only five minutes from Lime Street train station.

I like the fact that it was central to everything and easy to get back to for a break during the day. Lovely view when you go outside and everything is on your doorstep. The staff were lovely one lady in particular Alex she went above and beyond from we arrived to we left great with suggestions were to go and we done everyone she said especially the bakery for breakfast wow so thankyou to her.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, we checked in really early which was an added bonus for myself and my husband! At breakfast, there is a few items available scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and shrivelled sausages, the bacon is beautiful, also cereals fruits, yogurts and bread/toast and waffles etc so there is something that will suit more or less everyone.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the waterfront and many local attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay.

The location is perfect to visit Liverpool, close to main attractions. The hotel was clean, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Everything was fine until breakfast on the second day which was a dreadful. At 9.30 when we came down for breakfast there was little cereal or yogurt and no fruit. I had the last 2 weetabix. The coffee maker was not working and there was no hot water for tea. The situation was saved by Demi-Lee Nicholson on reception who served hot drinks with grace and professionalism. She also allowed us to have a bag of dried fruit to rescue our breakfast.

I was very impressed with the hotel security the car park is a locked complex with access through the hotel via a lift you could only use with the room key Another safety feature I really liked was the reception desk is 24 hr so nobody who wasn’t staying at the hotel had access and the staff were really friendly and happy to help The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic I will definitely be back again The price of the drinks from the onsite bar in reception were reasonable too brilliant stay thank you
